We provide sub-contract kerbing and concreting services to builders, developers and government clients. We maintain equipment that is capable of fast and precise work on site. We stock a variety of moulds for cast kerbing, and can manufacture other profiles as necessary.
We currently manufacture three sizes of cast kerbing we use for kerbing and paving contracts we lay with our in-house team (we do not sell kerbing to third parties):

Our point of difference against local substitutes is in the quality of the finished product. Our moulds have been designed so that the finished edges visible after laying are perfectly formed with no chipped edges. And the flat surfaces have no holes (caused by air trapped in the mould). We use a vibrating rod to ensure the concrete settles into the mould with the minimum of air bubbles in order to produce units with perfect surfaces (local competitors rely on hitting the side of the mould with a hammer). We can design other mould profiles as necessary to produce different shaped kerbing to meet market demand.

We pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our kerbing and paving products. All work on site is carefully supervised with detailed inspections by site managers before, during and on completion of the project. Work is carried out with precision and attention to detail, using the best equipment available and high-quality structural concrete. We are not satisfied with the job unless you are!
