We offer three sizes of Superbrick pressed concrete hollow bricks. Standard and small bricks (BR01 & BR02) are the same size as Cambodian clay bricks, so working with the bricks and estimating a job remain the same.
Our large brick (BR03) was originally custom made for Grand Phnom Penh International City but now offered to all our customers.
All Superbricks are made from a dry concrete mix pressed at 100 tonnes per square centimetre in high-performance moulds. They are designed using the hollow brick design common to all advanced countries around the world.
This hollow brick design is the technological evolution of the old design still used by Cambodian clay brick manufacturers. The vertical extrusions (holes) reduce the overall weight of the brick while increasing the bond between the mortar and layers of bricks, dramatically increasing the strength of the finished wall.

As our bricks are all exactly the same size and shape, the finished wall is perfectly formed. The brick has been designed with bevels at each end and in the centre. The bevels provide a bed for the mortar and as the wall is perfectly straight the combination of these elements means you need to use much less mortar on the walls (4mm). This benefit delivers a huge saving compared to the mortar required on a wall made from badly formed clay bricks. The centre bevel also allows our bricks to be easily broken in half. It is very easy to deliver a finished wall that is perfectly flat using our products.
While the bricks are very strong (around 10 times the Mpa of clay bricks) they can be easily cut with a diamond blade to lay-in channels for services such as water and electric and then render over. We prefer to build in services including sewage lines when building the walls when we provide product and labour to deliver finished walls on a sub-contract basis.
